Role & Responsibilities
Facilitating workshops as a subject matter expert on Presenting, Communication, Team building, Motivation, Service, Leadership and other softer areas of behavioural change initiatives 
  • Facilitating workshops using interactive techniques such as role play, forum theatre, psychodrama 
  • Meeting delivery targets and maintaining a high satisfaction level with clients 
  • Building company profile and brand image in the market through sustained delivery standards 
  • Designing and customizing training solutions 
  • Helping the content and opportunity creation team with innovative ideas to design, deliver sell and integrate learning and development needs at organization 
  • Committed to their own and other people's personal growth
  • 4- 5 years of experience in facilitating training workshops 
  • Theatre / acting background 
Prerequisites
  • Committed to their own and other people's personal growth (repeated with a purpose) 
  • A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision and independently 
  • Possess good work ethics and initiative 
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Software 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Open to travel (some consultants travel for 10 days or more in a month)
Benefits & Compensation
INR 1200000 per annum
