Roles & Responsibilities
Technoserve is looking to hire a specialist individual to drive corporate and business linkages for the program. He/she will be the ambassador of the program to the corporate community and will effectively contribute towards below deliverables (in order of priority):
  • Build a deep network of corporate partners interested in recruiting the student cohorts from the youth employability training programs
  • Contribute towards securing avenues/leads for fund mobilization for youth employability skill practice
  • Demonstrate successful placements of over 80% of trained students through a process driven approach with said corporate partners
  • Leverage corporate relationships to develop/enhance industry driven training modules for the program
Prerequisites
  • Master’s Degree in Development/Business
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Placements Cells/ Fund Raising/Job Linkage Agencies
  • Desired to have demonstrated fund raising and/or business development capabilities and results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and superior ability to engage with Mid/Senior level executives across  organizations being engaged with
  • Desired to bring an existing network of large corporates who could be potential partners for the program
  • Passionate to be a catalyst for change for the underprivileged youth population
  • Willingness to work with challenging deadlines and targets
Compensation & Benefits
INR 5,00,000-7,00,000 per annum
