Background 
All India Bakchod usually abbreviated and referred to as AIB is an Indian comedy group. AIB is popular for their stand up comedy videos and skits posted their YouTube channel. Their channel is currently one of the fastest growing channels in India. There four members in the group and they work together to write comedy sketches and parodies on topics such as politics, society, and the Hindi film industry, and much of their reputation was founded on their online presence.  As of March 2015, the group has amassed over 100 million views on their videos and has over 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube. 

The group now undertakes multiple projects which range from TV shows, script writing, brand consulting, and coordinating academic and corporate workshops.

​AIB First Draft is a writers' residency training programme. It is an intensive course which begins in March 2016, and lasts for six months for seven selected candidates. 
Role & Responsibilities
The course co-ordinator will have to manage the training programme and all that entails the smooth running of 200+ hours of lectures aside from film screenings, discussions, workshops, set visits, and reviews constituting the length of program. 

The ideal candidate will: 
  • Be good at working with students 
  • Have a genuine knack for being resourceful and get a kick out of making lives of those depending on them easier 
  • Enjoy cinema and can think on their feet
  • Have experience in education or media industry 
  • Available to work full-time
