Role & Responsibilities
As as Customer Service Executive, you would be responsible for the following:
  • Interacting with and educate customers about what they're eating
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Instore and Social Media: Promotional activities and marketing
  • Conducting regular audits of all stores
  • Vendor Management
  • Ensuring standard practices across all stores
  • Analysing sales, customer behaviours and trends
Prerequisites
Applicant should be passionate, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn on the job. Good written and spoken communication skills is a must along with an eye for detail. Proficiency in Excel would be appreciated.
Compensation
INR 5000/week for 40 hours a week
