Background

The Designers of Tomorrow (DOT) Fellowship equips the next generation of leaders with the skills, mindsets, and experience to accelerate social impact and improve the lives of people in underserved communities.
The founders of the DOT Fellowship are seeking two passionate and design-savvy aspiring social impact leaders to join as co-founders in northern India. They are spending the next one year to design and prototype a radically different approach to equipping future leaders with the mindsets, tools, and practical experiences needed to create novel solutions and drive social impact in underserved communities around the world. The roles they are recruiting for will have an even stake in designing and validating the DOT concept -- you will be a member of the founding team and an inaugural participant in the one year fellowship experience. As a business partner and a trusted member of the founding team, you’ll need to share the entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in their dream. As they build a well-rounded team, they are seeking two specific types of individuals to complement our backgrounds in business model innovation and service design. |
