Two textile mills in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and One steel mill in Ludhiana, Punjab

Duration
Tentatively be in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh from February 27 - March 8 and in Ludhiana, Punjab from March 9 - 11

Background
Stanford University is conducting research on workplace culture and innovation in textile and steel mills in northern India. They are implementing and testing a manager-employee training program in two textile mills in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and one steel mill in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Requirements
  • Speak English & Hindi fluently 
  • Can be in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh from February 27 - March 8 and in Ludhiana, Punjab from March 9 - 11
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Experience leading or facilitating business workshops.
  • Bonus: Have experience with design thinking or human-centered design.
