How do I apply for an opportunity?
You can apply for an opportunity that interests you on alterbeat.com itself. Simply click “Apply Now” on the listing page. You will reach the application page for that respective listing. Fill in the application and click “Submit”. The application will reach the employer as soon as you submit your application. The employer will then directly get in touch with you regarding next steps.
Will I be charged to view or apply for opportunities
There are no charges to view or
apply for opportunities.

Does Alterbeat offer any guarantee of candidates?
Alterbeat is solely a platform connecting talent & employers. We make no guarantees on the quality of the applicant. Please consider the application and subsequent interactions with the candidate to help you make your decision.
For how long will applications be open for my listing? Where will it be featured?
Applications will be open till the deadline date or 30 days from the date of publishing, whichever one is further away. The listing will be featured in the respective category pages and on the homepage (if you have purchased the Presto package).
After submitting my listing, how long will it take to publish my listing?
We will publish the listing within 48 hours after an internal screening of the listing.
Once my listing is published, what information can I edit? How do I make the changes?
All details can be edited except organization name and role title. The deadline date cannot be extended beyond 30 days from listing date.

How will I receive applications?
You will receive applications in real-time to the email ID mentioned in the listing form. No hassle of logging into a separate account.
What do I do to get more applications?
- Ensure the job role and responsibilities are comprehensive and to-the-point
- Details about commitment, location, duration helps candidates better understand the position
- Provide the website link of your organization and mention why it is an ideal place to work
- Mention monetary compensation, if applicable

What are the merits of featuring on the homepage of the website?

How do I upgrade to the employer promotional plans?
If you’ve already purchased a package and would like to upgrade, email us at [email protected]. We are currently not charging for job listings.
Do the prices for the promotional packages mentioned on website include GST?
No, 18% GST will be added to the price mentioned. We are currently not charging for job listings.
How will I know my payment is successful?
You will receive a payment confirmation email from us. We are currently not charging for job listings.
Does Alterbeat process international payments?
We process payments in Indian Rupees (INR). We currently do not support multi-currency payments. For example: Even though an international card is being used, you will be charged in INR. We are currently not charging for job listings.
What should I do if my payment fails?
A payment can fail due to multiple reasons: Network issues, browser issues, OTP not received on time etc.
Typically in case of a failed payment you should be redirected to the failed payments page, but in some cases the browser gets stuck at one page or the page might break due to increased load time.
Not to worry, your money is safe!
For any failed transaction the money will automatically get refunded into your account in 5-7 bank working days.
You can write to [email protected] and [email protected] with the same email address used to make the transaction and we shall help you out.

What should be the application deadline of my listing?
The deadline should be atleast 10-12 days post the listing date. For unpaid opportunities, keep applications open for 3-4 weeks as they take longer to attract applicants.
I have received enough applications. How do I close my posting early?

How do I cancel my listing after submission?
To cancel your listing, email [email protected]. If payment has been made, cancellation request must be sent within 24 hours of submission for us to issue an refund.
