The firm helps its clients gain insight and produce change in areas such as leadership and management solutions, better teams, more effective communications and presentations or a more substantial and sustained culture change. 

Role & Responsibilities
As a graphics designer, the person will be an integral part of larger campaigns and will often take on smaller projects independently. This position generally has the freedom to take on design briefs and implement them, from concept to completion. Graphic Designers are responsible for the design through production of marketing materials, branding campaigns, websites and so on. 

Graphics Designer Job Duties: 
  • Provide graphic assistance that is consistent and fits with the image and brand direction provided by management.
  • Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in all aspects of the marketing strategy with a strong focus on design; taking responsibility for producing various types of marketing collateral, communications and ensuring brand consistency across the company. 
  • Artwork creation: brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other marketing collateral and preparing artwork for print where necessary 
  • Designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations for new business pitches and client presentations 
  • Create e-shot designs for e-marketing campaigns 
  • Design or adjust artwork and sales documents in line with brand guidelines 
  • Effectively manage multiple briefs at a time, prioritising where necessary and providing updates where relevant
  • Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs
  • Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts

Prerequisites
  • Skilled at computer web software and their graphic applications. 
  • Design: A strong working knowledge of Adobe CS and fully competent in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is advantageous. 
  • Previous experience in production and design procedures for graphic material (both print and online). 
  • Ability to balance departmental needs through communication and organization.
  • Determine and complete the graphic and printing requirements of the departments, interpreting and applying brand standards consistently to all materials produced. 
  • Develop communications tools including presentations, newsletters and email/social media campaigns, under the direction of the PR & Marketing Directors. 
  • The selected  candidate will have a mix of creative, design and marketing skills and will be a self-motivated and highly organised individual who can manage several projects at once. He/she should be able to come forward with new ideas and contribute to the bigger picture.

Benefits & Compensation
INR 30,000-45,000 per month
