Background
|
The PRactice was founded in 2000 by Nandita Lakshmanan, with a vision to take Public Relations into the boardroom. In the firm's view, Public Relations needs to evolve into a management function and its practitioners have to stop viewing media coverage as the sole lynchpin of organisational communication. It helps clients seize unforeseen opportunities and mitigate unexpected challenges by speaking with total authenticity and clarity, engaging the most critical stakeholders, wherever they are. The PRactice believes in developing simple and executable ideas, using broad experience, and insightful data science, to innovate in ways others cannot.
The PRactice's strategic solutions are developed from a suite of programs based on an analysis of the clients’ specific challenges. The team draws from depth of experience and strong in-house capabilities to custom-create integrated communication solutions that deliver long-term, sustainable and measurable results. In January 2004, The PRactice became exclusive Brand Partners with Porter Novelli, a leading global public relations firm part of the Omnicom Group. This association gives its India-based clients access to Porter Novelli’s vast expertise and resources in global media relations, digital and social media, and analytics and measurement. And for those clients headquartered outside of India, the partnership ensures seamless integration of multinational client programs with Indian realities. |
