Human Circle is a social enterprise, driving the #DoWhatYouLove movement in India and around the world.The movement is driven by diverse and dynamic young individuals from several countries. They are students, artists, young professionals, entrepreneurs, public speakers, mentors and everyone else who believes that we can together create a better world by empowering and enabling young people to follow their passion. 

More than a million people have been engaged with the movement so far virtually and more than 5000 people have participated in various experiential events and personal growth programs.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Business development, expansions and securing sponsorships
  • Creating ecosystem partnerships with new organizations
  • Managing the existing sponsors and ecosystem partners
  • Securing speakers and mentors
  • Offline marketing and experiential marketing activities around the youth space
  • Public relations and media
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any partnership
Prerequisites
  • A graduate in any field of study.
  • Sales skills and the ability to build productive business relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proven event management experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (oral and written in english)
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Driving license

Working Hours: Available to work from the office in Noida (near Amity University), one day in a week and the rest from home.
Benefits & Compensation
Fixed salary along with performance based bonus
