Background
|
The Sanskriti Pratishthan invites applications for its annual Sanskriti - Kalakriti Fellowship in Performing Arts for young performing artists who wish to contribute towards enriching their respective art form. The scheme will be managed by the Sanskriti Pratishthan, which has been giving similar awards over the past 25 years.

Fellowship
|
The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage young artists to develop their potential and enhance their skills through intensive practice and or incorporating different facets of their art.
The candidate will be required to take guidance from another senior guru and enhance the existing style. It would be a residency programme for a period of three months, which can be spread over the period of ten months. This will require the candidate to take consent from her current guru and the guru he/she would want to go to. |

Compensation
|
A grant of Rs. 50,000 will be given in two instalments over a ten month period.
The first instalment of Rs 25,000/- will be given at the commencement of the fellowship programme and a short mid-term progress report will be required. The second instalment will be given after the submission of your complete project report when the fellow may be requested to give a dance recital. |
Deadline

Applications are accepted round the year for the next year's fellowship.
