Background
Established in 1989, Ambalam has been a premier institution in performing arts and wellness. Thousands of happy students have benefited by training with our teachers in India and abroad.  Classical training is imparted while adhering to the strictest standards of tradition.

Life Art Education is an engagement with school children created after decades of work by the Ambalam founders in trying to engage with School Leaders about the importance of introducing traditional Indian arts in schools along with yoga.
Prerequisites
  • Should possess a graduate or post graduate degree in Karnatic Vocal/Instrumental Music with teaching experience  OR should have experience  in teaching Karnatic Vocal/Instrumental music in schools or privately. 
  • Fluency in speaking English and the local language important.
  • Knowledge of Western tradition in classical instrumental will be a value add. (For instrumental teachers)
