Background
OverHear is a Singapore-based startup focused on talent discovery and development. It is a platform to bring together music venues, artists and fans to collectively enrich and grow the live music scene in Singapore. OverHear currently has offline initiatives to provide artists with performance platforms in Singapore and is now looking to move to India with a technology initiative.
Roles & Responsibilites
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to collate potential users of the platform
  • Create personas and user journey mapping based on market insights
  • Work closely with the management team to develop sales and marketing plans based on research
Prerequisites
  • Passionate about the music industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent project management skills
  • An interest in social media
  • Strategic and analytical, future-oriented mindset
  • Highly persuasive with exceptional relationship building and management skills
  • Team-player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Studied the related course
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, UIUX, and/or Illustrator is a plus but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to start immediately
