Background
Khel Khel Mein Foundation (KKMF) is a registered non-profit organization started in 2013. They focus upon, holistic development of children in under-resourced schools & communities through the medium of sports. The primary focus of KKMF is to ensure a structured platform for children to PLAY and then building upon the experience to nurture their physical, mental, emotional and social growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
KKMF is inviting passionate and experienced professionals working in the field of sports program management for this role. This role offers you with extensive opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the sports sector at the grassroots level. This position will provide you a lot of scope to hone your technical, strategic planning, leadership, and motivational skills. In this role, you will be leading a team of coaches & instructors to create a lasting impact through sports. The role shall test you broadly on your people skills, technical knowledge of sports, operational and team management expertise in challenging scenario. For this role an individual will be expected to :

  • Have the ability to plan coach development workshops & training calendars
  • Conduct periodical observation of coaching sessions and debriefing the coaches to help them excel in their role
  • Monitor operations and effective implementation of KKM School & Community program
  • Liason with sports bodies and federations to create skill building opportunities and licensing/ certification of coaching staff
  • Ability to understand & work in under-resourced communities or schools involving multiple stakeholders
Prerequisites
  • The candidate should have four or more years of relevant and strong experience in the field of sports program management especially involving soccer or kho-kho
  • The candidate should be up to putting in a minimum of 40 hours per week towards this role
  • The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of technical and tactical aspects of Soccer/ Kho-Kho
