Role & Responsibilities
  • Expansion of Solid Waste Management(SWM) Department by bringing in more projects
  • Relationship Building and Networking
  • Project Management
  • Monitoring and Impact Assessment
  • PR & Communication
  • Managing team on field​​
Prerequisites
  • Minimum 1 year of  experience in the field of SWM
  • Good grasp of Hindi and Marathi (fluency in English is desirable)
  • Basic computer skills (word, powerpoint, excel, internet research)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team 
  • Willingness to learn (by reading, traveling, researching) and keep updated on the SWM sector
  • Self driven and passionate about problem solving and building systemic solutions
