It catalyses social change by enabling transformation of individuals at the grassroots level so they can develop an alternate vision for their future by leveraging innovation in learning & engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage 60 educator fellows – FNF Beacons and run the program in the 60 schools.
  • Manage a team of 3 School Program Leaders and ensuring the data collection and completion of data cycles each month.
  • Manage FLUX – A creative problem-solving experiential module and conduct three training sessions.
  • Visit the schools and engage with the school authorities – headmaster & educator fellows.
  • Maintain the log of attendance and admin work for the school program. Maintain data of the program and enter data points to monitor the efficiency of the program
  • Develop the ecosystem and network with potential partners for scaling of the project
  • Liaison with partners and network with potential partnerships for supporting the program
  • Liaison with school authorities and government authorities to ensure running of the program

Prerequisites
  • Basic Computer Skills - MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Indesign is a plus
  • 3-4 years of Experience in Social Impact domain and ability to work in large scale projects
  • Good Communication skills, Ability to engage with children, parents, teachers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Design/ Other Relevant Disciplines. Masters degree is preferred.
  • Reading & Writing fluency in English & Hindi
  • Ability to travel and work independently
  • Exposure and expertise on Project Management & Ecosystem Building techniques. Knowledge of report compilation & documentation.
  • Expertise with Social Work & Grassroots level engagement
  • Exposure to Social innovation & Design Thinking is preferred though not compulsory
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver targets on time
  • Understanding of innovative teaching methodologies

Compensation & Benefits
INR 2.4 - 3.6 Lakhs per Annum
